Dum Spiro Spero supports bipartisan solutions to the state's most pressing public policy issues, including:

Dum Spiro Spero is currently building a bipartisan alliance to increase the cigarette tax in South Carolina.
South Carolina's cigarette tax is currently lowest in the nation at $0.07 per pack and has not been increased since 1977. Dum Spiro Spero supporters are advocating for a plan that would increase the tax to the national average - $1.11 per pack.
